Private Production App
Owner-gated accounting and treasury operations for TLAG
Hermes connects QuickBooks Online for internal accounting review, reporting, and owner-approved accounting writes. Every money movement and accounting posting runs behind explicit owner approval, allowlisted payment rails, and a full audit trail.
What Hermes Does
- Reads QuickBooks Online accounting data for authorized TLAG operators.
- Summarizes treasury activity across NiceHash, Coinbase Prime, HCEC, and QBO.
- Pays approved vendor and utility bills through guarded, allowlisted payment rails — each batch bound to an explicit owner approval.
- Posts the matching bill and payment entries to QuickBooks Online, with receipts retained for audit.
- Drafts human-review accounting proposals and operational reports.
- Maintains an auditable record of what it reads, writes, and proposes.
What Hermes Does Not Do
- Does not move money without an explicit owner approval — every Coinbase Prime movement requires a fresh approval, always.
- Does not pay any destination outside the owner-ratified payment allowlist (an allowlist failure blocks all withdrawals).
- Does not execute trading or hedging strategies.
- Does not expose TLAG accounting data to public users or a marketplace audience.
Production App Values
This shell exists to support a truthful Intuit production app profile for a private internal deployment. The posture: every accounting write and money movement is bound to an explicit owner approval, payment destinations are restricted to an owner-ratified allowlist, and every action leaves a receipt in an auditable ledger. No public users, no marketplace distribution.
